PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

An error prevents you from adding a new Secret Key trough trough the "Keychain for API Secret Keys" extension.

ERROR: Zend_Loader_PluginLoader_Exception: Plugin by name 'IpAddress' was not found in the registry; used paths:
AdminPanel_Validate_: AdminPanel/Validate/
Plesk\CommonPanel\Validate\: CommonPanel/Validate/
CommonPanel_Validate_: CommonPanel/Validate/
Zend_Validate_: Zend/Validate/ (PluginLoader.php:424)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1) Install "Keychain for API Secret Keys" extension
2) Open extension, click Add Secret Keys button

3) Fill in "IP address restriction" and "Description" input fields.
4) Click OK button

ACTUAL RESULT

An error that prevents you from adding a new Secret Key
