  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi all

I just started to use Plesk 6.5. After instalation of key i can not use my admin interface. I just inserted my key with key-writer after i try to visit http://10.0.0.10:8443 to manage but i doesnt work. I just see a white page on Explorer. How i can solve this.

I am going to assume that this is a new purchase of Plesk.

And if that is the case, you have a free 30-day support contract in place with SWsoft.

With those assumed facts, I would contact Plesk directly.
 
I sent this problem to them but still waiting for the answer...
