• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue ERROR: Call to a member function getDomainId() on a non-object (Sites.php:104)

Hillar Kapsta

New Pleskian
There is problem with my plesk. I can't access panel. After login webpage redirects me to /smb/ and throws error : ERROR: Call to a member function getDomainId() on a non-object (Sites.php:104)

/var/log/plesk/panel.log says:
ERR [panel] Permission denied.
PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getDomainId() on a non-object in /opt/psa/admin/plib/Smb/View/ActiveList/Sites.php on line 104

Any ideas? I could not find anything on the web

@Hillar Kapsta

You should probably run the commands (in the order below)

- plesk repair all -n (just to check for errors)
- plesk repair db (just to repair the psa database)
- optional: plesk repair web (should not be required, this step can be skipped, if I am not mistaken)

first, before having more in-depth analysis of the problem.

The latter (in-depth) analysis can follow later, just provide some feedback after executing the steps above.

Regards....
