• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Fehler: DB query failed: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'and name = 'ok_language'' at line 1

any Idea?

Windows cannot work properly with folders that have special name at the beginning, separated by dot from the rest of the name, e.g. aux.administracion, con.tact, nul.l etc.

Creating mailname which starts with such names causes following error to be displayed in Plesk interface:

Error: DB query failed: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'and name = 'ok_language'' at line 1

SQL request pertains to Spamassassin settings update and apparently the result of uncaught failure returned by MailEnable.

Mailname is created in Plesk database, but not in MailEnable. Mailname cannot be removed.

We have already submitted request to developers regarding this bug (#117349 for your reference)
I have updated request with your case.

Developers are working on this issue. I have no ETA when fix will be available. You can create Support Ticket for escalation.

!?
You are writing about:
"....that have special name at the beginning, separated by dot from the rest of the name, e.g. aux.administracion, con.tact, nul.l etc...""

I told you that this is not the problem.
Even with a standard account like "test" it is not working.

So what does this has to do with your fix?

If this would be the main it means, that no customer is able to create e-mail accounts in the combination of P11 & ME6.75?
