Issue Error monitoring when saving changes

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian Versión 18.0.53

Show the error.
Request failed with status code 500

And it doesn't allow me to save the changes.

What changes are you trying to save exactly?

It happens with any change in the configuration.

thresholds
Personalization, etc.

Do you see any "Read timed out" entries in /var/log/plesk/panel.log?

@Gerzam73, an update has been released for monitoring which seem to address the issue of saving thresholds. Does the update also fixes your issue?
