Resolved Error on Plesk Onyx while Restore Backup

Hello Evebody,

I have a message bellow when restore backup on Plesk Onyx Linux:

Unable to import file as dump: Unable to convert dump to current format because it too old
Warning: How to do Progressive Backup could not be found:
backup_info_1703150114.xml
backup_info_1703150114_1703160114.xml
Not all files can be restored. Upload the missing parts and try restoring again.


But i have all files correctly add on FTP, like this:

To restore a backup I can recommend the following:

1. Download required backup(s) from FTP server on the Plesk server.

These backups are full server backups:

-rw-r--r-- 1 1021 ftpgroup 5368709120 Mar 15 06:04 backup_1703150114.tar5

And these backups are a full server backup plus incremental backups and should be downloaded together:

-rw-r--r-- 1 1021 ftpgroup 561162481 Mar 16 03:08 backup_1703150114_1703160114.tar

2. Extract downloaded backup archives to /var/lib/psa/dumps directory:
tar -xvf backup_1703150114.tar6 -C /var/lib/psa/dumps/
3. After that backups will be accessible from Plesk and can be restored.
