  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Error Unsuspending User

We have a user that got suspended due to an expiration date. He has paid his bill and we are trying to unsuspend him, however, we are getting an error I have never seen before:

Error: The client account is still suspended for the following reason: i_client_off_backup_restore

Given the error, I looked at the client backup manager, and under pending tasks, he shows a backup task running that was started 20 days ago. However, no such process is running and the server has been rebooted since then.

How would I go about unsuspending this user?
