  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

If I change the Domain Hosting Type from Simple Forwarding to website I have NO problem and everything works just works as expected.
However if I try the reverse to change from a website to Forwarding I get a Fatal Error and the following message.

ERROR: PleskFatalException
Unable to delete hosting: Unable to delete system user: SysUser->systemRemove() failed: usermng failed: usermng: Unable to set quota for user 'gb-0020415'
0: client.domain.hosting.type.php:284
plesk__client__domain__hosting__type->deleteVirtualHosting(integer '11')
1: client.domain.hosting.type.php:86
plesk__client__domain__hosting__type->accessItem(string 'POST', NULL null)
2: UIPointer.php:596
UIPointer->access(string 'POST')
3: plesk.php:38

Could someone please advise of a solution and give me an interpretation of this error please.

Kind Regards
Ralf

The issue is unrelated to Parallels products. Seems you have broken quota on your system. Check that you have correct permissions on following file:

# stat /usr/sbin/setquota
File: `/usr/sbin/setquota'
Size: 73412 Blocks: 152 IO Block: 4096 regular file
Device: 8dh/141d Inode: 25237265 Links: 1
Access: (0755/-rwxr-xr-x) Uid: ( 0/ root) Gid: ( 0/ root)

Make sure that quota rpm package is not corrupted with something like:

# rpm -qf /usr/sbin/setquota
quota-3.13-1.2.3.2.el5
# rpm -V quota
Check output of

# repquota -a
