Errors after restore backup

My server was reinstalled with CentOS 5.2 (i386) and Plesk 9 from CentOS 5.0 and Plesk 9. I restored plesk backup without problems, but when I restored a sitebuilder backup, my old users cannot access to the sitebuilder wizard. When I activate the support for create or edit sitebuilder sites, Plesk gives the following error:

When I restored a sitebuilder backup with command # /usr/local/sitebuilder/utils/sbrestore all --compress < /usr/local/sitebuilder/backups/backup_all_20090127_1800.compressed, the response is:

Make sure that all components, like templates, modules and language packs are installed with Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder before restoration process. If that is not an issue I suggest you to contact with support team as looks like investigation directly on the server required here: http://www.parallels.com/support/sitebuilder/
