• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Errors when changing vhosts directory

New Pleskian
Hello all,

I'm attempting to change the default vhosts directory such that user data will be stored on a separate drive. I've mounted a 200gb drive to /var/opt, and wish the default vhosts directory to be /var/opt/www/vhosts. I'm getting the following error:

I've tried using #plesk bin transvhosts.pl --dest-dir /var/opt/www/vhosts --correct scripts, as well as editing the psa.conf file to do this. It appears as though plesk is repeatedly unable to create the nessiary files and directories.

I've set the permissions to /var/opt as 777 in order to debug, but still no luck.

I've also attempted to fix it by running the #sudo plesk repair fs, and receive the following error (/var/opt/www/vhosts does in fact exist, I manually created it):

Here is the list of drives:

Any assistance would be appreciated
