  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Extension manager: Permission denied

Hello,

I can't access any longer the plesk extensions.

The button on the left is missing.
I tried to go Home>extension, but i have this message : You do not have permission to install extensions. Please contact your hosting provider.

I attached a screenshot.

I'm the admin and the only user on this account.
I have several website hosted on this plesk server.

If you need more detail, let me know.

You have cropped the image, so it is not possible to see the username you are logged in as. Did you ever resolve the issue BTW?
