  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,

I like to migrate my last old server with plesk 8.x to 11.x

I make backup normally using this kb http://kb.parallels.com/en/112692

Copy data to new server, and migrate backup to 9.x format:

C:\MIGRATION>"%plesk_bin%"\pre9-backup-convert --source=test1.plesk --desti
nation=test1-converted.xml
The backup file was converted to the Panel 9 format. The resulting archive's fil
e name is "converted_info_1207130634.xml"
To convert the resulting backup file to the Panel 11.0.9 format, issue the follo
wing command:
"D:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\pre10-backup-convert.exe" --co
nvert -source "test1-converted.xml\converted_info_1207130634.xml"

I receive this message and try to convert to 11.x format, but all times have error

Wrong syntax for command's '-source' parameter.

but appers its fine, its possible help-me?

Complete command and message of migrate to 11.x:

C:\MIGRATOIN>"D:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin\pre10-backup-
convert.exe" --convert -source "test1-converted.xml\converted_info_1207130634.
xml"
Wrong syntax for command's '-source' parameter.

You can not migrate files from 8 to 11, you will need to go step by step. Or try upgrading 8 directly using upgrade option.
