Issue Failed to open roundcube interface

Hi, i have a Problem to open the mail-server over Roundcube Webmail IMAP Client. I open the mail interface over the following URL http://webmail.MyDomain.com and the login does not work. I get a index.php skript for downloading. I Like to open the Roundcube Webmail IMAP Client Interface normal. Watch the picture.
