  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Failed to retrieve key for WordPress Toolkit

Hi,

I recently bought the WordPress Toolkit extension directly from the Extension Catalog, and after the purchase was made I tried to install the license through the button from the confirmation page. But it doesn't work:

Tried contacting support regarding this, but my license is managed by my hosting provider, and thus they don't allow me to ask for help, even if the extension was bought directly from plesk.com.

Is there any way I can retrieve the actual license key for the extention to manually install it? The invoice doesn't show it and there's nowhere I can think of to check for it.
