Failed to run the pleskctl utility

Hi,

Last night I was laoding on domain names to the new server.
This morning when I went to login it comes up with the following error message:

Problems found
Failed to run the pleskctl utility
Error code:
Error description:


Have searched but haven't found a solution.

Would be great if anyone had any ideas.

Also the server seems to be working fine....website loading up fine etc.
So it just seems to be a problem with Plesk

I suppose, you should see exact error in Plesk with disabled offline management. If offline management is disabled, it means that there is some issue with Plesk (not service container), try to check plesk logs (/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log), hope it will help you to investigate the issue.

I upgraded to 9.5.1 yesterday. After upgrading, I tried to add the Devel and php application packages. The install failed and plesk will not come up and this is the error that I try to get into Plesk:

All user services such as mail and web are running fine, but I have no access to Plesk to make any changes.

Need help ASAP.
