failed: Unable to create system user: usermng: Unable to set quota for user 'ftp001011'

When i try to create or change an ftp-user account for a domain in Plesk 8.3 i get this weird error.
Does anybody have experience with this error? And maybe found a solution on it?
Any advice on this is very welcome!
