Fatal Error when trying to retrieve keys

I received a message that the key is invalid. When I click on retrieve keys I get the Following error:
"Fatal error: error: basic_ios::clear in /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3 on line 4822".

I also tried re-uploading my key, but i get this error:
"Fatal error: error: basic_ios::clear in /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/server/key_upload.php on line 50
Warning: Releasing semaphore 3 in request cleanup in Unknown on line 0".

The server has been online for the past 3 months or so. This just started happening. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure that you have enough diskspace on your server and try to restart psa service.

When I checked the space on the server I over looked the /root partition. It was full. Cleaning up the /root partition resolved the issue. Thank you.
