Fatal exception adding an SSL certificate

I get the following error while adding an SSL certificate.

ERROR: PleskFatalException
Up LevelUp Level
Unable to set the private key: openssl_pkey_export() failed: error:0200100D:system library:fopen:permission deniederror:2006D002:BIO routines:func(109):system liberror:0E064002:configuration file routines:func(100):system liberror:0200100D:system library:fopen:permission deniederror:2006D002:BIO routines:func(109):system liberror:0E064002:configuration file routines:func(100):system lib

0: /usr/local/psa/admin/htdocs/cert/cert_add.php:315

Obviously there is a 'permission denied' error buried within the mesasge, but I don't know what file it may be complaining about. I check ed the files and directory which store the certs for the system, and they have the stardard permissions--psaserv if I remember correctly.

Anyone have any ideas for additional things to check?

Thanks.

I am having exactly same problem when I try to upload a certificate with private key. Has anyone been able to fix this problem?
