• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Feature Request: Allow admin to open multiple CustomerPanels

Please make it possible that an admin can work with multiple opened CustomerPanels. Each CustomerPanel is opened in a new Tab when you open it from AdminPanel but its not possible to work with multiple CustomerPanels at the same time. Each Tab "jumps" to the latest opend customer when clicking a link in it.

I see its because of the session but its a dangerouse behaviour!!
For example: You have multiple tabs with CustomerPanels opened you switch to one of this tabs, check the customer by looking at the top right where customer information is, all ok. You click for example "File Manager", now your CustomerPanel switches to another subscription (the subscription you opened last in your AdminPanel) without ANY information!!! Now you think you are in the right File Manager but you arent! Thats dangerouse!!!

And another one: if plesk allows to work with multiple CustomerPanels at the same time it speeds up things a lot for admins. Now its just truble because you have many tabs opened and they are all useless! Only one of them (the last opened) is useful.
