Forms do not work anymore

I recently went from a shared server to a Virtual Private Server with Plesk installed. The problem I am having is sending data from on page to another. For example, forms that used to work when I was on the shared server do not work anymore now that I am on the Virtual Private Server.

Can anyone give me a clue as to why this may be happening?
