  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Forwarded mail is deferred in mail queue

New Pleskian
Hello,

I'm having some problems with accounts where e-mail is auto-forwarded. Mails for the account shown below are automatically forwarded to a @outlook.com account. There is no issue when e-mail is sent manually from this domain.

In the mail queue the @outlook.com address shows up as a recipient (filtering on mail queue in plesk doesn't work for me so I've copied it to an Excel to do this).

The errors I'm getting are all about the same: complaints that there are no valid SPF/DKIM/DNS records for the domain of the original incoming e-mail.

If we take a look at the last message, it was sent to the @kadrage.be address (hosted on my server) and forwarded to the @outlook.com address, but somehow, Plesk thinks that it needs valid records for @ansterken.com domain.

The e-mail forward is coming from my domain, so why is it checking records for the annsterken.com domain?

Further info: I'm using relay to send e-mail through my VPS provider. Plesk settings:

EDIT: my VPS provider says I should enable SRS (Sender Rewriting Scheme), but all I can find on this topic is that it is enabled by default on Plesk
