Resolved Forwarding Mail Accounts

I have mail accounts exclusively for redirects (forwarding mail account). How do I rule out that these accounts are not reachable from the outside? Only mail addresses from * .my-domain.tld may send mails to these forwarding mail accounts.

How can I achieve this. I'm grateful for any help.
