• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Forwarding Mail to MSN

KrazyBob

Regular Pleskian
I have gone through Support and they took a quick look and changed our server from a closed mail server to a SMTP relay and time-out. We have a user on our new Onyx 17.5 that gets an error 550 Relaying denied. He is trying to forward to send to Earthlink and others. I've read many things about SRS this, SRS that, SPF records this and that -- I can send and receive directly with this user using the same domain and even Gmail. But he is getting quite upset that he cannot send mail off domain. I have used server defaults.

Any thoughts?

I’m not able to send email from BP email address. Keep getting this error message:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

I have been checking further. I checked the maillog after sending a test message from the users account (I have my own test account) and a message to Hotmail still has not arrived. I checked the maillog and it tells me that it is in the queue. I check the queue and it is empty. ???

[root@clss01 log]# tail -f maillog | grep hotmail
^C
[root@clss01 log]# cat maillog | grep hotmail
