From address for eshop orders

How do we change the from email address for eshop orders that go to the eshop owner when an order arrives?

As I know in latest Parallels Sitebuilder version after purchase is done two e-mails are sent: one for shop owner and one for buyer. E-mail which is sent to shop owner should came from buyer e-mail address so it would be possible to contact with buyer easily.
