Frontpage search

Has anyone got frontpage search to work with windows 2003 server. I have enable index server and allowed it in the web extensions still i get a 405 error when running a search. Does anyone know whats wrong?

The FrontPage component that allows the FP search option to work is not added to Windows 2003. If you want to use the FP search option you will need to find the component and add it to the server before using that option. Otherwise you will need to code it using the Index server itself and not FrontPage.

Im using 2003 server, it doesnt have wais. Does anyone know where i can get it?

The information in this article applies to:

* FrontPage 2002 Server Extensions from Microsoft
* FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions from Microsoft

That's from the bottom of that article meaning it applies to both 2000 and 2003 because 2003 is running FrontPage Extensions 2002.
