• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

FTP Account Error

New Pleskian
Hello, I have added a new domain to a subscription and created an aditional ftp account to operate that domain. But I just noticed that it had already some kind of "superuser" account capable to manage all domains under that subscription (which can't be deleted).

I have checked my server ownage/permissions and guess what: that superuser owns all the domains.
So I think that's the reason why I'm having problems to manage this specific domain.

As you can see in the image, my domain "portaldaradio.com" should be owned by "portalcom" instead of "ranyubr".

How can I fix that?
Is it possible to delete that "superuser" account?
