FTP backup fails ERROR: () Unable to rotate dump

Hi, on our Centos 6.5 Vps with Plesk 12.0.18 the scheduled backup to a personal repository ftp fails every time with this error:

ERROR: () Unable to rotate dump: The dump rotation is failed with code '126' at /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/plesk_agent_manager line 1041.

ERROR: () Can't upload file 'clients/vorrei-cloud/domains/vorrei.org/backup_vorrei.org_info_1412130307.xml' to ftp. Error code: 1

On the target server there are nothing.

Any suggestion to fix it?

First of all check following:

-Make sure that the FTP repository server is up and running during the creation of the backup.
-Check that the firewall allows port 21 (iptables -L -n).
-Make sure the file /etc/hosts.deny (TCPD wrappers) does not block access to port 21 for your FTP host.
-Connect from the Plesk server to the FTP server with your FTP user credentials and try to upload the backup manually:

# ftp user@ftp.example.com
ftp> lpwd
ftp> cd pub
ftp> put backup.tgz
ftp> bye
