  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

FTP issue

I recently changed the vhost location with the PLESK reconfigurator. I copied all of my current sites to the new partition I am using, and started to switch the home directory locations in IIS (since I guess the reconfigurator doesn't do this?). After updating a few of the sites to utilize the partition I'm getting the following error when I try to login to any of them via FTP:

Response: 530 User cannot log in, home directory inaccessible.

I've used the check permissions within the control panel, and repaired them, and that did not work. I tried to do the following as well:

"%plesk_bin%\ftpmng.exe" --remove-vhost --vhost-name=yourdomain.com

"%plesk_bin%\ftpmng.exe" --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=yourdomain.com

While the operation completed, I'm still running into the same problem. I've stopped/restarted the ftp service to no avail. The home directory for the main IP in the FTP portion of IIS is set to V:\vhosts\default\27379 (which is the correct default folder for the ftp). Any ideas?
