  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hi,
FTp is not working for all my site in Plesk. It is saying access denaied. Were can i give access to files?
Any help

are you behind a firewall? And yes, what kind of FTP server are u using?

I am also having a few FTP problems. I am running Windows VPS with WebFusion. I was previously using a Linux VPS also with WF and had no problems, after making the default client, FTP for the client would work fine. But now in this Windows VPS I have made the default client, but for some strange reason there is np FTP account relating to it and Plesk won't let me add any additional FTP accounts for it, even though I have it set to unlimited for the account.

At present I have no FTP access for my VPS. I am able to use Remote Desktop Connection for my VPS, so at the moment I am having to post the files on rapidshare in a zip, then on the Remote connection, download them and unpack them. This is getting extremely tedious and I need to find out how to get my FTP functionality.

Cheers, Tom.

Try o use PASSIVE mode for ftp or if you already have passive mode enabled disable it and try then.

Its alright, I fixed it.

All I did was install my own FTP server on the system and changed the port of the one preinstalled so they didn't conflict. All working now, I just have to go into Remote Desktop to add/modify users.
