  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,

My server windows 2003 with plesk 8.1.1 have big slow last days.. I see on filemon, all time, running this process in all files of all domains, all times:

If I enable one only account, ftpmng.exe run to all domains (I see it in filemon) !!! WHY???

Probably this make server slow because make a big write-read files on hard disk.

Plesk is very stranger now, I need 12 hours to un-suspend 34 domains of 1 reseller today.

Anybody already see this?

Thanks

I execute

%plesk_bin%ftpmng remove-all
%plesk_bin%ftpmng reconfigure-all

But the problem continue.

I change ftp to GeneFTP, but the problem continue too.

I have many serves, and all servers have this issue.

Please, any Plesk Administrator have a same problem? Parallels support, how do I solution this?

check for processes with high cpu usage. Also scan the server with a good antivirus software

I have the same problem using the plesk 7.6.1

I searched and found your post

The problem is with the command ftpmng" --reconfigure-all

Using a server with many domains this take much time
