  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Global Subdomains for each Domain

Hi,
I want to setup a Subdomain like webmail.domain.com to host same script for every domain.
I searched the Froum and web for solutions on IIS7 and/or Plesk 9.5 but coudn't find anything.

To explain it a lil bit more:
I have an AJAX fileserver wich is possible to use on several domains. At the moment I create a subdomain like fileserver.domain1.com and copy the content from httpdocs in fileserver.domain.com into it. Works fine, but I'm kinda lazy so I like to setup it by default. I Know how to autocreate the DNS in DNS-Zone Template, but where i can setup the Target folder? It should be exactly the same like webmail.domain.com. A folder in C:\inetpub\vhosts\ with name fileserver and a site in IIS manager with binding to each domain. and everything setup up when create a new domain automaticly, of corse. ;-)

Thanks for every hint in the right direction.
