  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Google Pagespeed Insights Pro stuck

Denis Gomes Franco

Regular Pleskian
Hey guys,

Seems like my Google Pagespeed Insights Pro is stuck with some tasks. I ran a full scan of my sites but there are 5 tasks that are stuck at 0%, and it's been 2 days already. I tried disabling and reenabling the extension but it's still there. What do I do?

Check details in logs from
/var/log/pagespeed/
/var/log/plesk/panel.log

Okay, finally got around to looking at this again.

File/directory /var/log/pagespeed/ does not exist and panel.log brings no useful information. This thread, though, might help: Tasks in progress bug.

But I couldn't understand how or where to acess the Plesk database. Seems like tasks getting stuck are an ocurrence with other modules as well. For now I'll disable it, shame because I paid for the Pro version.

Also, why the extension doesn't show the LAST REPORT DATE or something? The Pro version says that it'll run daily but I can't see the run date anywhere.
