Question Help NodeJS

Hey all I am needing some help figuring out how to get a simple nodejs express app working on my server. It was working a week ago and I have made a new server and turned off auto updates and its still not working like it was a week ago. Im thinking has something to do with permissions, anyone able to help out.. I can follow instructions to help figure out the problem. Thanks.

its a fresh plesk server installed in lightsail.
