  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Need a help as best I can performance on my server with Plesk 9.0 IIS 6.0 windows 2003 r2 with 2 gigas of ram, I have over 300 sites hosted on it.

Is that the mysql service has stopped and can not improve performance of sites in php that are very slow to open.
need someone help me, I do not know else to do.

I wonder also a default setting for the pool of sites to IIS.

Thank you,

your issue can be mostly caused due to a single site hogging cpu. To isolate the site with issue, you need to have separate application pool for separate websites. Once sites are placed on separate pools in IIS, you can identify the
site causing the issue by checking the task manager on the server

>>> question pool and mysql plesk server

thanks for your reply.

certainly know that creating pool is the best option, but according to their response not seen any example of a correct setting of using the pool in IIS for the site.

Another detail is the correct my.ini configuration because my mysql has stopped working and shows no error, you could help me here too.

I think we need this much help from the best practices for Plesk work better, and I here who can help us here.
