help with sql import

I get this error when trying to import an SQL backup, please help.

C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\MySQL\bin\mysql"' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

i fixed it by copying C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\DATABASES\MySQL\bin into C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\MySQL\bin
