Horde authentication error

I'm currently experiencing a lot of problems, using Horde. Users are not able to log-in due to this error:

I've already tried re-installing Horde, but without success. Any ideas?

There's an article in your KB, but `/var/lib/php/session` does not exist and `/var/lib/php5/sessions` has the required perms.

I've also tried to set session.save_path to `/var/lib/php5/sessions` in `/etc/psa-webmail/horde/horde/php.ini` and after a restart, sessions are written into that directory. But the problem still exists.

Make sure that /var/lib/php5/ has 777 permission and /var/lib/php5/sessions has 1733 permission.

Already tried that. Still no success.

Contact Support Team in this case. It is known issue related to permissions of php sessions. I do not know any other reasons.

I found a way to get rid of Plesk's builtin Horde (while keeping the "integration" intact) and i'm using Horde 5.2.2 now, which works fine. The builtin 5.2.1 is still bugging.

on my Server I've the same problem and no solution. Could you help me and post a desctiption how to update the builtin Horde to 5.2.2?
