Horde issue 500 Error on freshly installed 10.3.1

Hi guys,

Can you please help to get down to the bottom of the issue as below (or at least show me the way out):

Horde urls fro all domains show intermittent "HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request:".

The installation is fresh, the thing is THERE ARE NO ANY ERRORS/WARNING in the logs.

Centos 5.7 , php5.2.10 , psa 10.3.1

Strace and mysql logs show that it dies somewhere in Pear DB or around there.
I have been trying to replace psa-pear to pear (change in apahche horde config - no luck).

The below are logs from mysql:

this one is successful.

This on is NOT:

Any help how to diagnose is appreciated.

Thanks Igor, but didn't help.

Support request has been submitted, will update once resolved.

Takes too long for Parallels (3 days to get through the 1 and 2 line of support) ,just fixed it myself with apc.include_once_override => Off => Off while fixing broken Wordpress stuff.

Might save some $$ for somebody.
