Horde Webmail login customization

Hello everybody,

I'm looking for customizing the logo and put a little text to the login page.

My config :

CentOS 6.6
Plesk 12.0.18 Update #37

I always create a modt.local.php file to /usr/share/psa-horde/config with these lines:

position: absolute;
top: 20px;
text-align: center;
width: 100%;
}
</style>

<h1>Welcome to xxx Webmail</h1>
<div align="center"><img src="http://webmail.xxx.xx/themes/default/graphics/xxx.png" title="Welcome to xxx Webmail" alt="Welcome to xxx Webmail" />
</div>

Nothing changed.
