  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

How can I change IP address in Plesk?

64bithost.com

Regular Pleskian
Normally I would not ask this question but it is bugging me.

I erased the i.p. address I wanted to use in PLESK it was 123.456.789.12. I did this only after transfering all the data from it to the new i.p. address 987.654.321.21. I set the ip address 987.654.321.21 to exclusive and then set it as the default domain. Here is the problem. The i.p. address 123.456.789.12 stayed. I tryed to delete it but I got permission denied. I then tried to reboot the server. No luck on that one. So I went into the resolv.conf file in the container and it was not there so I could not delete it. but it showed up in plesk. this is how it looks

anyone know how to remove these i.p. addresses?

Go into the psa database and in plesk gui and find..

Table: IP_Addresses
browse

You can delete it there and its gone as far as plesk is concerned.
