Resolved How Customer work !?

Anyone can explain me step by step how to create multiply customer
because if i create one customer on my plesk panel
i can't create an another is only for one
because if i try to create an another client " Warning: The subscription cannot be created: IP pool is empty "

(fixed) all what is needed to do is to change server ip from dedicated to shared -.-
