How Do I - DNS Question

I have a client that wants to keep control of their DNS Zone and they only want to point an A and CNAME record to the server where we post the Web site.

What do I give them and how do I make sure its setup correctly so there are no issues?

Just create the domain and site - and remember to disable DNS that should do it.

And then do I just give them A record of the IP Address and the CNAME of the domain name?
