  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

My plesk is currently running PHP Version 5.1.6. The current version of PHP is Version 5.3.3

Is there an easy way to get Plesk to upgrade the version of PHP on my server to the current version?

I am using Plesk installed on CentOS

I do not have terminal access only access to Plesk via the Plesk GUI

Thankyou in advance for any assistance

PHP is not part of PLESK. The PHP Version depends on your operating system (CentOS in your case). you have to update your operating system or your PHP version manually to get a newer PHP version. Plesk cant do this. So if you have no SSH access you can not do this.

Ok, Thats answered the question.

My server is hosted by 1 and 1.

Where would the best place to be to go to get instructions on upgrading the PHP version for my installation?
