How do i get sitebuilder to work with cpanel

Hello, I have seen this done but I haven't been able to find anything on it. I am trying to run sitebuilder with cpanel on same server (different ips) and have sitebuilder icon on cpanel. I have an image on the website

There is also one in the attachments. I would like to have a step by step guide. I own the server that cpanel is on. I own the company but am trying to find out better ways to help my customers build there websites. And I like the tool.
