  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question How do i import dnssec signed zones ?

Linulex

Silver Pleskian
As the subject asks: Is there a way to import already signed zones?

I have zones signed on other servers we own (master = centos 6 bind, slave = powerdns), so i have full access to all the keys, but I cant find where to import the zone in plesk or enter the ksk/zsk keys.

I have added the domain to plesk and i get the default warning that it points to another ip address (i know that) and at the dnssec page there is only a button to sign the zone, but i don't want to sign it all over again, i want to use the existing keys.

The slave will stays the same (the external powerdns), the master should become the new centos 7 server so the clients can manage dnssec them self via the plesk interface.

and second question, same topic: signed domains that transfer to us, how do i import those?

regards
Jan
