how do i install merak mail server with plesk 7.0.3

hi,

i realise there is an option for us to install merak mail server in plesk 7.0.3
the question is how do i install it cause i can't seems to be able to select it.

must we install it manually and how?
will all my email settings and user email for all the domains hosted in mail enable be brought forward to merak mail server?
