  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question How do I point my domain to my host using Plesk?

l0nglive

New Pleskian
I have a domain, and a VPS with Plesk installed.
I added DNS records as in the picture, When I change the name server fields on the domain control panel, it said "unavailable". Can you please help?

Hi l0nglive,

pls. be aware, that your Plesk server is not your initial nameserver for your domain... it's the nameserver from your domain registrar.
Pls. keep in mind, that the used IPs should be configured at the Control Panel from your hosting provider "Ovh".

At the moment, "jokerteeth.com" resolves to "50.63.202.66" and "137.74.116.17" resolves to nowhere.
