How do I run self compiled PHP?

Hola,

I figured out by accident, that, if I compile my own PHP module for apache, the PHP Service will be not available when creating new users. In addition Plesk will set the php module to off within httpd.conf for new vhosts.

I could set it to on manually. Can I assume, that plesk will not change this setting for instance by a cron script?
