How to configure mail server, Problem in sending emails

i am new Plesk user.
i want to know how to configure Email server in it.

my problem is
- i am not able to send the mails to other mail servers(e.g. Yahoo).
But i can send mails to my Domain addresses.
- same problem is with all the Domain email accounts.

did i missed some seetings.

Do you get any errors? What email software are you using ? MailEnable ? SmartMail ?

thank you to showing intrest in my problem.

We are usging Mail Enable.

My Problem when i try to send an email from Webmail.

e.g.http://webmail.Domain.com/horde/imp/login.php
i am able to send mails within domain only.
e.g mailid@domain.com
if i try to send mails to other servers
like
Mailid@yahoo.com
Mailid@hotmail.com
mails are not delivered. i jutst got a delayed message.

Can you help me out to figure out the problem

did you check if your mail server is using a closed or an open relay to send mail? Did u check if your servers IP is not blacklisted on the Net?

Its my first time to deal with server. So may be i skipped some of the needed configurations.

Regarding relay options, i checked it for Authenticated senders only/
I don't know how to check, IP blacklisting.
