how to copy files in httpdocs in File Manager

I need to back up files in the httdocs folder into cdroms, but I cant figure out how to copy them. I know there's an option to copy it over to anon ftp, but is there a way to copy it to the HD?

Thanks for any help!!
 
use ftp to copy it home, or just copy within explorer from the server
 
could you provide specific directions? I'm fairly new at Plesk...
