How to Detect SPAM users

My server is being used to sent SPAM, as I can see in the Mail Queue List...

I wanna detect if there are some SPAM being sent in real-time.

How can I detect if there is a user sending SPAM in real time through my server?

Please, does anyone know how to do that?
